What you need to know during these trying times.

Following the information provided by the Government, we have made the decision to temporarily close our showroom. We will always prioritise our customer's and staff's health and safety.

The guidance still allows for deliveries to continue during this period, so for the foreseeable future, we will be processing orders in our office manned by a skeleton crew to maintain the basic day to day running and a reduced warehouse crew. The policies we have put in place might increase delivery times but they are in the best interests of the company, staff, and customers. The couriers will be more than happy to listen to your needs regarding the delivery of your furniture. If you have an issue with your current or past order, we have still here to help on email and phone (02476 705 600)

Apologies if your messages are not being responded to as quickly as you would like, due to the social distancing policies we have put in place we are operating on reduced staffing for the meanwhile.

  • We are still delivering within 10 working days on all our self-branded items ( FurnitureInstore)
  • Other branded items such as dining tables from Vida Living are being accepted but are not being delivered until further notice due to supply chain issues.
  • Our deliveries are still two-man deliveries.
  • We are still offering assembly service on our sofas. ( Optional )
  • Deliveries can take a little longer than usual depending on the area and other factors.
  • If you prefer to order now and wait for your delivery until a certain period that is fine.
  • We are more than happy to abide by any decision or request during these times.
