What you need to know during these uncertain times.

We will be processing orders in our office manned by a skeleton crew to maintain the basic day to day running and a reduced warehouse crew. The policies we have put in place might increase delivery times but they are in the best interests of the company, staff, and customers. The couriers will be more than happy to listen to your needs regarding the delivery of your furniture. If you have an issue with your current or past order, we have still here to help on email and phone (02476 705 600)

Every company across the UK is facing supplier issues be it from manufacturing, hospitality, or retail. We are doing the best to get your favourite items in stock but we like every company are facing challenges from external factors, especially with the threat of a no-deal exit from the EU is causing delays at all the major ports. We apologise if the delays are affecting you.

We are trying to answer messages as quickly as possible but due to the social distancing policies we have put in place, the replies might be delayed.

  • We are still delivering within 10 working days on all our self-branded items ( FurnitureInstore)
  • Our deliveries are still two-man deliveries.
  • We are still offering assembly service on our sofas. ( Optional )
  • Deliveries can take a little longer than usual depending on the area and other factors.
  • If you prefer to order now and wait for your delivery until a certain period that is fine.
  • We are more than happy to abide by any decision or request during these times.
